Each Module has a CONFIGURATION
section which is ONLY seen by the system administrators. The
CONFIGURATION for the LOCKSHOP module looks like this:

Module Configuration
Users who have the following Relative Privilege Levels inherit the
permissions shown.

System
Administrators have full control of all module operations.

All
Others have no access, except as set up below.

Users who are members of the following Access Groups inherit the permissions
shown.

Bittings means that the user can work with the bitting directory. This
authorization automatically grants Shop access, also.

Shop means that the user can work with the lockshop operations
systems.

Authorizations means that the user can administer the authorizations
systems.

Issue means that the user can access key issue operations.
